Saudi group unveils plans to build high-end suite hotel in Raouche area

Saudi-based ‘KAS Investment’ announced its plans to build a high-end accommodation and personalized services project.

The project, which was launched under the name ‘Le Dix’, is funded by around $25 million. The property will be located at Beirut’s coastal area of Raouche, Charles De Gaulle Avenue. KAS investment is part of Al Shegrey Group.

The hotel will offer four exclusive types of suites, the Royal Penthouse Suite (duplex), Royal Suite, Presidential Suite, and Ambassador Suite. The hotel will offer ten sea view suites, each on a separate floor. The suites could be of one, two, or three Master bedrooms, and fully equipped kitchens. Each suite will have terraces and balconies overlooking the sea.
