Zoghbi Group launches $25 million enterprise in Bekaa Valley

The Zoghbi Group announced the conclusion of a $25 million real estate enterprise in the Bekaa town of Chtaura.
According to a news statement, the multifunction real state enterprise, ‘Prime Center’, will open during the first three months of 2012.

The nine-story building, built over an area of 10,000 square meters, will host a commercial area and a food court, as well as a group of offices and an area specially dedicated for medical clinics.

The Prime Center will host a space in the commercial center for Brazilian franchises. The center will also host a Brazilian restaurant across the entire first floor.
