Sixty local producers from Akkar and Naher El Bared camp displayed their products at the fair which took place at the National Orthodox School in Sheikh Taba.

The exhibited services included agricultural products, local foods, handicrafts and garments, and other items. 

The fair was implemented with cooperation of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) , and Relief International (RI).

The aid is part of USAID’s $20 million Municipal Capacity Building and Service Delivery program that assists municipalities and communities in 170 villages from the North and South regions, and around the Nahr El Bared camp.
