Fawaz Holding announced that it will soon begin construction works at its mixed high-end residential and commercial project, PÈrimËtre Avenue du Parc.

The project’s completion date is set for summer 2015.

Perimetre Avenue du Parc, located in Minet Al Hosn vicinity of the Beirut Central District (BCD), is built over a total area of 9,000 square meters.

The project comprises five residential floors, with an area of 6,500 square meters each. It offers between 12 and 15 apartments of a size ranging between 375 to 1,300 square meters. The project also includes two storefronts over an area of 2,500 square meters, with 42 meter-long facades.

The project is designed by Australian architect Donald Bates and Lebanese architecture firm SA47, owned by Elie-Pierre Sabbag and Naji Assi.

Perimetre Avenue du Parc SAL is owned by Fawaz Holding. The Lebanese company owns several retail stores in Beirut, such as C&F, Mephisto, TBS, and Shoe Box.

Fawaz Holding is also planning to start another residential project in Wadi Abu Jmil area in Beirut. The building will consist of eight apartments, 350 sqm each, and two duplexes.
