Real Capital Holding (RCH) announced that it has concluded the capital-raising of its fourth investment vehicle, Real Berlin IV. The new fund will focus on real estate investments in Berlin, Germany, as did its predecessors, Real Berlin I, II and III.
RCH was established in 2007 by Lebanese entrepreneurs Karim Salameh and Karim Sinno. Salameh was previously CEO of Ahli Investment Group, the investment banking arm of Al-Ahli International Bank. Sinno was formerly a managing director and shareholder at Middle East Capital Group (MECG).
RCH currently has over $72 million in assets under management in Berlin’s real estate sector.
RCH also has operations in the real estate sector in Lebanon. The company undertook the development of the Park View building in the Beirut Central District in 2005. It is currently working on the development of City View, a high-end residential building in Achrafieh.
