‘Shawarmanji’, a Lebanese fast-food chain, will open this June.
The restaurant, which specializes in serving traditional shawarma, will start with four outlets in Ashrafieh, Sin el Fil, Hamra, and Zalka. Two more branches are planned for Jounieh and Sodeco at a later stage. The eatery’s main kitchen is located in Rawda.
The total investment for the first four outlets came to $2 million. The restaurant will start operations with 80 employees.
Shawarmanji Holding, the company that owns the restaurant, has already signed a contract to open a Shawarmanji in Dubai.
The new fast food chain is owned by Elias Chabtini, owner of Beirut-based sushi restaurant, Yabani.
