KHI owns a controlling-38 percent stake in the hotel which has a total cost of $146 million.

Four Seasons is located on the Corniche, comprises a 120 meter high rise tower, and has over 47,671 square meters of total built up areea. It emplys a staff of 300 employees.

It contains 230 guest rooms and suites, four food and beverage outlets, a ballroom, a business center with five meeting rooms, a spa, and a health club.

Suzan Bou Dargham, Director of Public Relations at Four Seasons Beirut, said that it is the 83rd hotel to be opened in 53 countries worldwide. KHI also owns the Movenpick Hotel.
