Local HR firm to open in Kuwait and Egypt

Arab markets offer big
potential for staff development

Human resources consultancy firm, STANDARDS, has opened two new branches in Egypt and Kuwait in the past two months. The agency provides management and human resources solutions for employers.

Adib Dorra, HR specialist at STANDARDS, said: “We work to develop tailored solutions that involve employees at all levels in each industry.” Each new branch will employ three officers to serve customers. A group of trainers from Lebanon will be sent on a mission to the Egypt or Kuwait branch for each assignment or project.

Dorra said there is a big demand for such services in Arab countries. The company already has representative offices in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iraq, the UAE, and Jordan. He said these markets offer big potential for HR businesses, especially consultancy firms.
