Ericsson application competition for students and SMEs

Ericsson has invited students and small and medium-sized enterprises from the Middle East and Africa to apply for its global Ericsson Application Awards competition. The competition offers teams and individuals in Lebanon the opportunity to gain a foothold in the 'app' industry, while also earning recognition and making contacts in the telecom industry.

The competition is divided into two categories: one for students and another for SMEs. Teams interested in taking part in the competition must develop an application based on the Android platform that addresses the selected theme. The theme for this year’s competition is ‘Apps for City Life’.

Applicants have the chance to win prizes ranging between €5,000 and €25,000.

The deadline for submitting applications is February 28.
