Alfa launches the 'University Offer'

Mobile operator Alfa, in cooperation with the Ministry of Telecommunications, launched the new ‘University Offer’. The new package is exclusive to university students. U-Chat users will get up to 90 percent discounts, benefiting from 40 free SMSs and 40 free MBs , on a daily basis. The offer is valid weekdays from 8:00 am till midnight. The U-Chat line costs $17.5, and the service is activated at no subscription fee.
