Bank Audi launches e-commerce tool

Ensures safe online
shopping for cardholders

Bank Audi launched an e-commerce platform to help Lebanese merchants market their produce at a broader spectrum. www.emall.me is a shopping platform with an e-payment solution. It connects local retailers, SMEs, and independent merchants, with cardholders all over the world.

According to Bank Audi the launch of emall sets the necessary foundations for encouraging e-commerce locally. Randa Bdeir, Head of Group Electronic Banking and Cards Solutions at Bank Audi, said: “By launching this platform, Bank Audi is sending a double message : On the one hand, we are telling Lebanese merchants 'We export your products worldwide', and on the other hand, we are telling our individual clients 'We put the world at your reach'.”

Through emall, merchants will be able to showcase their products on their web page, under the emall umbrella, while shoppers will be able to purchase these products online just as in any e-commerce portal. The platform accepts all types of payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and adopts the safest measures of purchase protection (verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code).

Bank Audi offers logistic solutions through deals with courier companies that handle the transfer of merchandises from the shop to the buyer.

Bank Audi also designed the ‘Great Deal Mobile Application’, a mobile application that allows clients to be constantly notified of the latest available offers.
