Luxury hotel in Badaro

$25 million 'The Smallville'
caters to long-stayers

The Smallville, a luxury hotel, will open in the Badaro area next week, near the National Museum. The project is brought by Beam Developers.

The Smallville comprises 16 floors and three underground levels. It has a total of 156 units, of which 39 suites-apartments. The overall investment in the project reached $25 million.

Jad Chamseddine, General Manager at the hotel, said the property has applied for a five-star rating from the Ministry of Tourism.

The hotel offers all the amenities and features of a business hotel, said Chamseddine.

Beam Developers is a local real estate firm with developments including City Heights, Rudamas Tower, PinePark Residence, and the Beirut Home furnished apartments.
