Seven new sports courts are planned for the Naccache area, as part of the Lebanese Sports Academy project.

The development covers 18,000 square meters facing Le Charcutier - Naccache branch, and required investments of $4 million. It includes one football court with international standards, two basketball courts, three mini football courts, and a polyvalent ground suitable for different sports. The courts will be available for public use and will also host official competitions.

The owners of the development include Michel Gabriel El Murr, Michel Abi Ramia, co-owner of Abi Ramia Bros, agents for several tobacco brands and beverages, Najib Qaï, MTV sports programs host, and Samir Saliba, President of the Lebanese Tennis Federation, owner of a development company, Real Estate 487, and owner of Mike Sport.

Saliba said that the project is ready for implementation and awaits final approval from the Union of Metn Municipalities. Construction will require about six months. Once the courts are completed, investors in the development will inaugurate the Sports Academy to offer professional training.
