Adma Hills residential development coming 2016

100 luxurious apartments in gated community

Australia-based real estate developer Tripod International is developing Adma Hills, an eco-friendly residential gated community in Adma, Keserwan. The complex will be delivered in 2016.

The project will stretch over 7,000 square meters of hills in a landscaped area overlooking the Jounieh bay.

Adma Hills comprises 100 residential units ranging in size between 200 and 380 square meters. The developer has already begun selling units. Some twenty percent have been booked so far.

“The project has a high level of security with around-the-clock surveillance,” said Ali Jaffal, Media Representative of the project.

Amenities include a pool, gym, conference room, and cafeteria. Open-air parking lots near each building can accommodate up to 100 vehicles. Each apartment is allotted two or more parking spaces.

Tripod International will explore potential future projects in the country. The developers are already active in Jordan and Egypt.
