Kettaneh enters insurance brokerage

Kettaneh Brokerage, a new brokerage insurance firm will open in 2014. The company is majority owned by Nabil Kettaneh, Chairman and CEO of Kettaneh Establishment and is a part of Kettaneh Group.

“We have applied for the license and we are waiting to be officially registered in order to open our offices before the summer of 2014,” said Marie-Claire Moukarzel, Finance and Risk Director at Kettaneh Est.

The company’s initial investment reached $50,000. Its first location will be in the Kettaneh Establishment building in Dora. “As a part of the company’s expansion, we have decided to enter the market. We have the location, qualified employees as well the company’s business from years ago and we are ready for this challenge,” said Moukarzel.

The company will offer several products such as term life and savings, property, motor, personal accident, general third party liability, medical, fire and others. “We already have our own touch points between our clients and us and we are able to deliver good quality service and solutions to our customers,” said Moukarzel.

Kettaneh Group includes companies in contracting, medical equipment, energy, ticketing, and tourism, among others. It is the exclusive agent, locally, for Audi, VW and Skoda. It is also the agent for Siemens power generator and others.
