Park Hill: Tallest building

The $132 million, 220 meter-tall Park Hill is vying to become the tallest building in Beirut. The project will be 25 meters taller than Sama Beirut, which currently holds the record.
Construction works have already started in Ashrafieh. It will be completed in at least two years. The owner is local investor Nemr Diab, who is also active in the real estate sector. The architect is Dagher, Hanna & Partners, and the structural engineering office is Rodolphe Mattar.
Park Hill is a high-rise tower with three sub-sections: A hotel, branded residences, and private residential apartments. The four-star hotel will have 120 rooms. No hotel management company has yet been assigned. The tower will have eight basement stories, a ground level, and 50 above-ground floors. The total floor area is 35,000 square meters.
The 40 branded residences will have areas ranging between 40 and 180 square meters. The tower will include a spa and a healthcare center.
Park Hill will create 202 jobs.
