What would happen if the Lebanese people would let go, for one day, of every issue that sets them apart and widens the gap between them, and try to find common denominators to join them together? How would life be in Lebanon? It would be the same as life at Souk el Tayeb [an organic food market], the Food and Feast festivals and Tawlet restaurant - places that are void of discrimination, racism and political conflicts. People come to these places to share the food that carries Lebanese heritage and history. There is no place for anything else.
