AXA Middle-East with the cooperation of Visa announced that it will issue this week the first credit card distributed by the insurance sector in the country.

Elie Nasnas, General Manager of AXA Middle East said: “This is a way to improve our services for our customers who have many insurance policies in our company.” The new Visa card will help to promote for other insurance products. He said: “When using our Visa card, customers will benefit by collecting miles. These miles will help them have access to new offers and to buy new insurance products.”

According to Nasnas, the Visa card is free of charge, it facilitates the policies payment process , and clients can pay by installments without any interest.

The new product took one year of preparation in order to ensure its feasibility. The two partners signed last February a memorandum of understanding for this purpose.
