Amal Abou Zeid, and his two sons Hikmat and Naji have become majority shareholders of Technocars, local agents of Opel, this week.

Abou Zeid, already a shareholder in the company, has acquired the shares from his partner Nadim Hakim, who has kept a slight percentage of the shares of the company. Zeid family members Hikmat and Naji are new shareholders.

Hakim maintains his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Technocars. He has been leading the company for more than 20 years.

Amal Abou Zeid is the co-founder and Chairman of Online Money Transfer s.a.l (OMT), the Lebanese agent of funds transfer-giant Western Union.
