Around 250 exhibitors from worldwide countries will participate in the annual foodservice event which will include eight competitions, one of which is the “The Hospitality Salon Culinaire” which will assemble together 250 chefs who will compete live in different food categories in presence of a panel of international judges.
Another competition is the “Live Jonior Chef Competition” where students from hotel management universities and eighteen technical schools will exhibit their talents.
The Event which speard out on an area of 10,000 square meters will also feature various shows, including the Levant Trade Show for Hospitality and Food Services Industry, and the International Food and Drinks Exhibition.
