One of the agreements was signed between the Ministry of Finance and the French Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment.

Under the agreement, French Institut National de la Statistique et des Etudes Economiques (INSEE) will provide technical assistance for the Ministry in the calculation of the 2009-national accounts and in determining a method for calculating the quarterly accounts and forecasted 2010 and 2011 figures.
