Construction on Campus Ville, a mixed-use development in Byblos, has been launched. The project is made up of furnished apartments and a commercial center.
Elie Harb, owner of Coldwell Banker, a real estate brokerage and consultancy firm, is developing the $20 million project.
Located 100 meters from the main entrance of the Lebanese American University (LAU) campus, the 7,000 square meter project consists of four independent buildings covering almost 2,500 m2 and allowing for 4,500 m2 of access points and landscaping.
The two lower buildings make up the commercial component, featuring a shopping center, while the two upper buildings are furnished apartments. The residential area will include 130 serviced 40 m2 unit consisting of a kitchen, living area and sleeping quarters. Residents will have access to a spa and recreation venue, daily room service and housekeeping, security services, a grand lobby, and meeting halls. Services also include laundry, dry cleaning, and a limousine service.
The Court Yard, a focal point of the Campus Shopping Center gives access to 11 cafes and restaurants.
