Terra Nova Village slated for Ehden

Works on a new resort, Terra Nova Village, are expected to kick-off in two months in Ehden, Zgharta.

The resort will stretch across 11,000 square meters. It will have a built-up area of 4,000 m2. Terra Noval Village will comprise F&B facilities, ten leasable chalets, a wedding area, pools, a kids place, spa, a playground and landscaped gardens. Investment in the development is $1.7 million. It is owned by Pierre Yammine. Developers of the project are L’Art-Qui-Tecte.

Terra Nova Village will open in two phases. The first one, in the summer of 2015, to include the pools, and the second phase will be scheduled for completion in 2016.

Ehden has been a hospitality attraction during the last two years. Another project, called Taj Ehden Resort is also expected to open this summer. It is owned by Kabalan Yammine. The multi-million investment project is 40,000 m2. In 2013, the Kroum Ehden resort, owned by Gaby Tayoun, was inaugurated.
