Luncheon meat factory in Bchamoun

To fulfill local and regional
market needs

Food Industrial Group (FIG), a factory for manufacturing luncheon meat and mortadella, will open in the Bchamoun industrial zone, in early March.

It will market its products under the brand name Sama. The production capacity of the new factory will reach 2,000 tons per year.

“We will be exporting a large part of our produce to regional markets,” said Mazen Sinno, General Manager of FIG. Around 70 percent of the production will be exported to the Gulf countries and North Africa.

The $5 million factory will stretch over 6,000 square meters. It will create around 100 jobs.

Sinno also owns MM Sinno and Sons Company for distributing and filling products.
