GS flagship store
to be launched downtown

New business line to be introduced

The Hamra Shopping & Trading Co, known as GS, will open a flagship store downtown, next October. The company will introduce its new business line focusing on art-deco and home accessories.

“We target local and international accessory designers that go in line with our price bracket,” said Jamil Rayess, General Manager. The store will also feature the regular GS fashion brands in a new design focusing on smart and digital platforms. “Customers will be able to experience smart shopping through screens that recommend how to match clothes, or where to find appropriate items,” he said.

The already standing building facing the restaurant side of the Beirut souks has seven floors, four of which are dedicated to the new store, spanning over 2,000 square meters. The investment in the project is around $2 million, excluding building costs, land price, and inventory.
