Bourj Al Fidar under renovation

Bourj Al Fidar, a three-star hotel and restaurant built during the 1980s is under renovation. The hotel is owned by Mahrous Tawk. It is located in Fidar, nearby Jbeil.

The place will have bungalows, restaurants, pools, and bars, said Karam Tawk, architect and founder of Click Beyonds, which is handling the revamp. The hotel has 35 rooms distributed over 12 floors.

Restoration works began five months ago and will be completed within seven to eight months, said Tawk. Investment in the project is $1.5 million, he said.
