Peak Highrise is a tourist project being developed in Kfardebian to consist of 162 eco-touristic leasable villas and serviced apartments in a tower-like architecture. The development will also include a wellness center, as well as a mix of restaurants and pubs.
The project is designed and owned by Omar Harb Architects. Harb said that his company is negotiating the concept with interested but confidential investors. “By December, we will settle on an investor who will be a co-owner, and we will kick-off our works,” he said.
The $60 million project will be located on a mountain peak. It will occupy a 27,000 square meter plot spread over a mountainous terrain of 17,000 m2 and a flat area of10,000 m2. The total built-up area will be 24,000 m2.
