Janat El Rmeileh residential resort underway

Janat El Rmeileh, a residential resort, will be announced next month. The project will be completed within three years, said Moustafa Sammak, engineer and major shareholder. It will be located in Rmeileh, nearby the IUL University, which is still under construction.

The resort will consist of 75 villas with an adjacent community center, including a gym, restaurants, cafés, swimming pools, landscaped areas, and a supermarket. The project is being built on a 30,000 square meter plot of land, and has a built-up area of 22,000 m2, including 2,000 m2 dedicated for the community center. It has a $24 million value, including the land price. Villas are for sale at $1,300/m2.

Janat El Rmeil is owned by a pool of investors. The major shareholders are Sammak and Tarek Merehbi. The project is being developed by Right Touch Engineering Group and Scrapers SARL. The contractors are Right Touch Group and Koncord Contracting Co. The MEP contractor is ParkLane Construction.
