F&B cluster
slated for Broumana

Roadster and Zaatar w Zeit upcoming tenants

An F&B cluster is under construction in Broumana, located near the Printania Palace Hotel. The project is owned and designed by Toubia Ashkar and family, the owners of Ashkar Structural Consultants, a local engineering design office. It is expected to be operational by next summer.

The cluster will bring a number of restaurants and cafés, Roadster and Zaatar w Zeit being among the upcoming tenants.

The development is being built on a 2,500 square meter land plot. It will have a built-up area of 5,500 m2. Beside the piazza, the restaurants, and the landscaped pedestrian area, the cluster will consist of four underground floors dedicated for parking, said George Ashkar, engineer and co-owner. Investment in the construction of the project is $4 million, excluding the value of the land.
