The third project for Jean El Khoury Development

Jean El Khoury Development (JK Development) has launched construction on the Majestic Hotel in Jbeil, on the road to Blat.

Youssef El Khoury, Executive Manager, said: “The hotel will have 140 rooms, swimming pools, a gym, and a spa.” Slated to open in 2017, the $20 million project, has a total built-up area of 20,000 square meters.

JK Development will manage the hotel and is the main contractor. This is the third hotel owned and managed by the company, following Victory Byblos and Le Canari de Byblos, which have been operational for several years. “Occupancy rates in 2015 averaged around 60 percent,” he said
