On Thursday, Candidate Neemat Georges Frem who is running for the ALI president position has announced a consensual list that includes, in addition to him, 24 other industrialists.

The announcement came after industrialist, Nicolas Nahhas, the candidate who was running against Frem, withdrew his candidacy in efforts to support consensus.

Frem urged "all industrialists to participate in the elections day to form the required quorum for election to take place."

Frem said that “his main goal would be create new job opportunities for trained and skilled workers in the industry sector to improve creativeness.”
