Administrate MENA to expand operations and launch Arabic software

Scotland-based Administrate, which recently opened an office in Lebanon, plans to launch next month an equity-funding round to raise more than two million pound sterling (approximately $2.45 million).

The provider of training software will allocate part of the raised funds to its Middle East and North Africa (MENA) branch which is headquartered in Beirut Digital District, said Bob Sabra, Vice President of Operations at Administrate-MENA.

Administrate-MENA will use the funds to expand its operations in the region and plans to launch an Arabic version of its software in the first quarter of 2017.

“It will be the first software in the training education technology that localizes its backend in the Arabic language,” Sabra said.

The company launched an Arabic version of its website earlier this year.

Sabra said that the Central Bank (BDL) has asked them to submit a proposal about their services for possibly using their software in BDL’s e-learning project.

Administrate, which sells its services in the MENA region, plans to open an office in Dubai next year, later it will expand in other Gulf countries, according to Sabra.

The company provides software for the administration and scheduling of training programs, which allows training providers to focus more on content.

It launched in 2015 its four-day work week which is also applied in Lebanon.
