Mohamed Choucair elected
Chairman of Economic Bodies

Succeeding Adnan Kassar

Mohamad Choucair, Chairman of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Lebanon, was handed over the chairmanship of Economic Bodies, succeeding Adnan Kassar, Chairman of Fransabank Group.

Representatives from all economic sectors confirmed their support to Choucair.

Kassar said: “Choucair proved that he is a leader who is able to launch initiatives and handle all the responsibilities, and support the economic bodies’ role in economic and social issues.

Choucair said: “I will put additional efforts for better communication with the representatives.” He said that he will maintain the economic bodies’ role and improve its performance according to the situation and its developments, by involving all members of the private sectors.
