The Ministry has sent  on Thursday letters to all ministers asking them to authorize envoys that can represent them in the debates on the next year's budget that will kick off soon, Annahar daily newspaper reported on Friday.

According to the law, the Ministry of Finance should start preparation for the next year budget before the end of May of the current year.
