TRA said that the new search engine will make search easier for users who can now find the information through typing a keyword and specifying the timeframe for the researched topic, and get the results immediately in different formats (word-excel-PowerPoint).

“This new search engine comes at a time when our online information database has accumulated and steadily grown,” the Authority said in a statement.

“Through launching this service, the TRA wants to boost knowledge and participation of consumers, investors, and service providers,” said the head of the Press Unit at TRA, Mahasen Ajam.  The Authority also “wants to improve bilateral communication with all telecom experts through informing them with its future plans, its systems, and decisions,” Ajam said.
