Ghazieh Shopping Center to open in 2021

Excavation works for a shopping center in Ghazieh have been launched along the Ghazieh Highway. The project will be completed in 2021.

The project is a joint venture between Sama for Engineering and Contracting and Khalife Transfand.

Investment in the project is $6 million, including the cost of the land.

The 7,500 square meter (m2) center will be built on a 4,000 m2 land plot.

The shopping center will include 33 retail spaces, four of which are equipped as restaurants, as well as an additional large restaurant in the middle of the mall. It will also include underground parking for 110 cars.

The retail spaces will be either sold or leased, according to Rabih Khalife, Project Manager and partner. The price of the retail shops is on average $300,000. Most of the shops are 130 m2, and spread over three floors.

Khalife Transfand is the contractor for the project.
