Jreissati, north Lebanon officials agree on emergency waste plan

Environment Minister Fadi Jreissati and north Lebanon officials agreed Wednesday on an emergency plan to deal with solid waste, after the closure of a dumpsite in April sent trash pouring into streets and informal dumps.
