The agreements covered investments fields, and have included cooperation projects in shipping and tourism industries and taxation joint initiatives.
The agreements were signed by Prime Minister, Hariri, and the Syrian Premier, Naji Otari. Both parties, have stressed the need to stimulate implementation of those agreements, through action steps and programs, designated to help in successfully delivering the programs on time.
“We hope the joint Lebanon-Syria ties would work as a model for an Arab common market,” said Hariri.
