The Minister of Finance, Raya El Hassan, and the Minister of Industry, Abraham Dedeyan, discussed exempting the exports of industrial products from income tax. Hassan said that the exemption should benefit all manufacturers, especially small and medium sized ones. Hassan said that she agreed with Dedeyan on a formula that achieves such objective, which shall be explored further and presented to the council of ministers for approval.
