Contest for promising projects

AUF calls for applications to support francophone women entrepreneurs

June 24, 2011- The Middle East Office of the “Agence universitaire de la Francophonie” (AUF) is calling for applications to support francophone women entrepreneurs in their entrepreneurial projects. The endeavor offers a prize up to €10 000 to the winning project, and contributes to creating a suitable environment for the development of the project.

AUF and Berytech Technological Pole have partnered to offer a grant for supporting the most promising projects, providing the appropriate environment to startup in the incubator of Berytech.

The incubation process will allow project holders to take their ideas to the company phase through a follow up in all aspects of the entrepreneurial path, from business plan elaboration, to marketing strategy, financing, HR, and access to funding.

The deadline for applying the projects is on August 31. The results of the competition will be announced in October 2011.
