July 7, 2011- Byblos Bank has selected Fortune Promoseven (FP7) Beirut to handle its creative and media portfolio following a multi-agency pitch.
Byblos said it is seeking to inject increased dynamism into its growing brand and to revamp its positioning with different stakeholders in both local and international markets.
“We believe this new partnership between our bank and FP7 has the potential to take the Byblos Bank brand to new heights,” said Nada Tawil, head of group communication at Byblos Bank.
“Byblos Bank has pioneered brand communication in the local banking industry back in the 90s and, today with our new partners, we are ready to champion yet another leap in this field,” she said.
Tarek Miknas, group CEO at FP7, said “this is a very personal win for us, as FP7 started its life in Beirut and we’re exceptionally proud of this achievement.”
FP7 is part of MCN Holding, which operates several agency brands across the Middle East and North Africa including Lowe, UM, Initiative, Magna Global, Promoseven 360, MRM Worldwide, McCann Healthcare, Weber Shandwick Mena, and InnovationsDigital.
