After years of growth in the Lebanese market, OLX known to be Lebanon’s leading classifieds platform has now unveiled its new brand identity and launched its new website and mobile app.

So... What has changed?

Beyond the new look and identity, OLX is bringing a new application with a wide range of improved features:

- An enhanced chatting experience: users can now share voice notes, make offers as buyers, and can see in-chat suggestions for questions.


- More functionalities for listers in terms of the quality of the pictures, clarity, and process.

- A more tailored experience for businesses: now you have your own profile where all your ads show, you can personalize this page with your business name, add your logo as well as a description for your page.

- A more accurate search engine for buyers & browsers.

What about the logos? Let’s explore them, shall we?


The refreshed brand identity incorporates a new logo to better represent the vision. OLX is proud to announce the launch of the new logo as part of the ongoing evolution of their brand. They have altered it to reflect who they are today and to symbolize their dynamic future.

The online marketplace is rebranding with a new logo for their main brand OLX Lebanon and their 3 sub-brands: OLX Goods, OLX Property, and OLX Autos. Basically, this logo embodies the simple minimalistic spirit.

Moving on to the colors of the logos, each brand has a differentiating color that reflects a different aspect to their personality. Can you guess what the teal green in the OLX Lebanon logo represents? Well, this color stands for calmness, sophistication, and balance.

The yellow in the OLX Goods logo symbolizes friendliness, optimism & clarity. As for the blue in OLX Property’s logo, it signifies professionalism and security. Finally, for Autos, orange was chosen, often described as an energetic color; it stands for boldness, cheerfulness & creativity.

Another important thing to note, that is common between all 3 logos, is the shape of the letter O. This letter embodies the 360 approach that OLX wants to have with all its components of the market facilitating trade across the automotive, real estate and goods industries…



This is a first milestone in a series of improvements. “The technology that we are now on is much more flexible, it will also allow our developers to release features at a faster pace” Ahmad adds.
