The fairs will be organized at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in China in the first quarter of 2009.
The incentives include travel packages and hotel accommodations.
In the first ten months of 2009, bilateral trade with Hong Kong reached $57 million.
HKTDC is a state-run organization that promotes Hong Kong's external trade in goods and services.
