Pikasso, the leading OOH (Out-of-Home) and DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) advertising company, operating in 11 countries, has announced the appointment of Dino Burbidge as the new President of the Pikasso d’Or Jury, effective January 2025.

The prestigious Pikasso d’Or Awards, established in 1989 in collaboration with Alain Weill, recognizes outstanding creative excellence in OOH advertising. Weill, who has served as the Jury President since the awards’ inception, steps down after nearly four decades of leadership. His tenure included delivering over a hundred conferences across Beirut, Amman, and Algiers, inspiring creatives with insights into impactful poster design.

Dino Burbidge brings extensive experience to his new role. He leads the creative and innovation consultancy Dinova and regularly serves on distinguished media awards panels, including hosting the World Out-of-Home Organization Creative and Technical Innovation Awards annually.

Pikasso chairman Antonio Vincenti said: “I would like to extend my thanks and eternal gratitude to Alain Weill for a lifetime collaboration that has spanned almost four decades. In addition to being President of the Jury, his role included sharing his passion and expertise in OOH. He educated hundreds of creatives on the art and tricks of how to design the most striking posters. My warm thanks go to Andrew Rawlins who accompanied Alain throughout the journey, his presence at all Jury sessions made a huge difference thanks to his encyclopedic knowledge of the global OOH campaigns through the lens of the Epica Awards that he founded”.

Burbidge said: “I'm thrilled to be asked to join the Pikasso d’Or Awards as President. I have big shoes to fill and am supremely grateful to both Andrew and Alain for setting such a high bar. OOH is at its most exciting and forward-looking phase, with innovations in digital, AI, and data. However, creativity remains the heart of our industry, and I'm eager to celebrate and showcase best-in-class talent.”
