$40 million-mall in Gallery Semaan

Karout Mall, a ten-story shopping center that will be launched in July

A new mall is being developed in the Gallery Semaan area. The ‘Karout Mall’ will open its doors on July 1 this year.

The ten-story mall will have a total area of 35,000 square meters. Investments in the project have reached around $40 million.

The mall is owned by Atouf and Haidar Karout, owners of the Karout department store in Hadath.

The mall will feature a Karout-branded supermarket and it will inlcude four levels for parking.

The mall also has retail spaces for rent. The mall’s management is currently in negotiations to sign up major brands, such as Burger King, Aroma spa, and Khabbaz.
