Italy to build two wastewater treatment plants

The Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) signed with Italy a soft-loan for a total amount of $17 million. The duration of the loan is 38 months, of which 24 months of grace period,
with zero interest .

The agreement, which will have a duration of five years, aims at improving hygienic conditions for the population living in Hrajel and Mishmish, through the construction of two wastewater treatment plants.
