Building permits up to July down by five percent

The number of construction permits issued in the first seven months of 2012 fell by almost five percent year-on-year to some 10,700. Construction area authorized by permits dropped to a total of 8.6 million square meters. The average area per permit was 810 square meters, compared to 880 square meters a year earlier.
