Classic Burger Joint to be franchised

Café Diem, a New York style coffee shop will be launched soon in Sodeco.
The café is owned by hospitality services firm Made in Beirut, owner of Classic Burger Joint.
“The new café will be located near to Sodeco’s Classic Burger Joint,” said Donald Batal, owner of Made in Beirut. He said the coffee shop will open before the end of the year. The thirty-seat Café Diem will mainly specialize in serving breakfast the 'American way.' Investment in the project reached $250,000.
Batal said that he is working on spreading the Classic Burger Joint franchise. “We are currently working on exporting the concept. Franchises will be focused on the MENA region,” he said.
Classic Burger Joint has seven local outlets.
