New SMS roaming service for Alfa prepaid lines

Mobile operator Alfa launched an SMS roaming service for prepaid cards. The service allows subscribers to send text messages from their Alfa lines during their stay abroad. The tariff charged is $0.5 for each SMS sent. The service will be available by default to all Alfa prepaid roamers.
