Study to increase power production by 1,500 MW

A feasibility study is currently being prepared to increase the national electric grid by an additional 1500 MW. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with the Kuwaiti Fund to finance consultancy services for the study for a value of $630,000.
